Walleye reports have varied, but the south end has been giving up good numbers of fish in 4 to 8 feet on jigs and minnows. Areas such as the Meadows, Hardwoods, Star Point, Oak Point, or First and Second Duck points have all been giving up walleyes. Crappies remain active in the shallow bays and harbors with better reports coming out of Portage Bay and Sucker Bay.<\/p>\n
